“Signing up for this 6 week plan was one of the best things i’ve done. I have always been very active, but the amount and type of food i was eating was shocking, with a view that i would just burn any excess calories off. The group was great for helping with food ideas and keeping you on track when you nearly fall off the proverbially “Wagon”! Ive also been personal training with Dan and my family and he ensures you never feel uncomfortable! he’s got me lifting weights that i didn’t know i could! ”Being a professional athlete for most of my life I was always in top shape, but since retiring in 2016 I ate and drank all the things I couldn’t as a gymnast and with no motivation for the gym what so ever i gradually piled on the weight, then in 2018 my son was born which gave me another excuse to accept the inevitable “dad bod” that was heading my way fast! This year I decided I didn’t like how much I’d let myself go and needed a help in hand pushing my diet in the right direction and to get some consistency with training. Dan’s program is brilliant! Not only am I starting to get back in shape, my whole mindset has completely changed for the better! I’m enjoying my diet and have found a love for exercise again making it part of my daily routine. I honestly can’t recommend this program enough! I for sure will be doing plenty more of them to help keep me on track with my end goal.”

”I started Team GC @dangoodconditioning as my husband had already done one 6 week programme, we were eating the same meals and I lost over a stone in weight so bite the bullet and joined the next one. I couldn’t imagine how much joining would actually not only help me in my weight but more so my mental state of mind! I lost my dad in January and our family dog in February and it really hit me and my 9 year old son hard, I wouldn’t leave the house didn’t meet friends or family and shut myself off, my son stopped playing his favourite sport football and stopped training MMA! Who would have thought me shifting that dark cloud by doing excersice and eating well would have such a massive impact on his cloud lifting too! I wasn’t in to win just wanted to get motivated and then I only went and came 3rd if you are looking to kick start a healthier lifestyle and help lift your mood and emotional wellbeing I truly recommend this group! Everyone not just Dan, Jamie and Cathleen the whole community of GC help you along the way, its like one big family and I love it. “

”I joined Team GC after lock down had ended with me blowing up to 121.5kg, the heaviest I’d ever been. I was so unfit and out of shape and had to do something about it urgently. My first Team GC was a great learning experience as the only ever exercise I had done properly was either team based or weight based so I found the body weight, at home workouts really fun and loved doing them. Over the next 12 weeks I incorporated these home workouts into a larger fitness regime which included starting back at football and joining PT class sessions. I was thrilled to lose 3 stone in 12 weeks but I’m determined to carry on with my journey with slight changes in my goals but the same energy and drive! All of this was done whilst still being able to enjoy the finer things in life, as long as it remained within reason and sensible. I now don’t feel as if I’m dieting, it has become the new normal and if I do overindulge it feels strange! I honestly couldn’t recommend it enough!! Dan and his team are top class.

”I was a sucker for every fad diet going, i hated and refused to take part in any exercise until i joined Team GC. The support om the group has been unreal (i have even made new friends) The live exercises are perfect i don’t have to be there for a certain time i can fit them in when i have the time, whether it be with my daughter after school or whilst i am bathing the kids or later when they’re in bed – i have no excuse they are there for me when i need them. I have never eaten so much i don’t feel like i am dieting at all and my shape changed drastically in only 6 weeks. I’ve signed up again and already know ill re join after this one. As cheesy as at goes Dan and his team have fixed me and i am actually confident my goal weight is in reach. Thank you guys your the best! Lets go! “

”Who knew that so much could change in 6 weeks!? When I started Team GC, I was the heaviest that I had ever been and getting really down about it. I lacked any motivation and hadn’t exercised regularly in over 2 years. I was addicted to Irn Bru, ate multiple takeaways weekly, had a gym membership that went unused and supported a football team that had been terrible for 16 years. And then there was the lockdown weight!! With our wedding less than a year away, it was time to do something about it. By the end of the 6 weeks I am 2 and a half stone lighter, eating a more varied diet and enjoying cooking. I am a much happier person, look forward to exercising and haven’t touched a drop of Irn Bru! Leeds United are even in the Premier League! Doing it alongside Bonnie (my fiancée) really helped. We kept each other going and pushed each other every day. We enjoyed it so much that we signed up straight away for the next 6 weeks, along with half of our family and friends! I would recommend Team GC to anyone, there’s no gimmicks. It’s a healthier food plan, calorie counting and varied workouts that fit around your life. But what sets it apart is the support from Dan and Jamie, plus the rest of the group. It feels like you’re really part of something and everybody drives each other on. #LetsGo “

”I joined Team GC literally not knowing what to expect or if it would even work!.. how wrong I was! Dan has helped educate me on foods and that it’s OKAY to eat, in fact it’s essential! ”I have just finished my first team GC and what can i say… i cant wait to be on the next one. Its been the best thing i have ever done for myself not only physically but mentally, i work 9-5 Monday to Saturday and was worried that i would not be able to keep up but its been so so easy.
