This a great way for the children to show parent/guardians all the skills they are learning, it is also ideal for children to gain experience for the out of house competitions which they may want to participate in in the future. With these tournaments we are able to give children the fairest match ups possible to help them all gain good experience.

Our tournaments next competition is –TBC all our competitions are held at Priors Hall Community centre, NN17 5EB. Competitions are in a matted area with seating for spectators, there is refreshments to purchase and all children receive a medal for competing with the top 3 earning Bronze, Silver and Gold medals.

You can only spectate when your own child’s competition is on. For example, if your child is in the ninja team once the ninjas competition is finished you will be asked to leave. If you have more than one child and each compete in different comps (I.E Ninjas and Mini Mahico 1/2) your ticket is valid for both you will not have to purchase twice. Once booked you will be added to our entry register, no tickets will be sent to you, simply just say your name on arrival.

When and where is the next competition?

Due to covid our next competition is on hold. Once we are allowed to get these running again we will post all details.

What are the rules?

All rules will be stated by a coach before any matches begin. Each age group has slight differences from rules, to times etc this will be made clear on the day. All rules i.e submissons allowed will match what the children have been training.

does my child have to compete?

Absolutely not, we would never want a child forced to compete. This is a simple set up to enable children to gain some experience competing but still in a very controlled way. It will help them with confidence, self believe and overall improvement. We want children to want to compete, if they’re not ready yet then that is fine. NO pressure.

Can my child enter if not an mma-4kids student?

The simple answer is no, as we would have no clue on experience or level. If your a coach and want to bring some students for experince please contact us as that could be arranged.
